We're supporting a rapidly growing renewable energy OEM as they continue to expand their European operations.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced offshore wind professional to take ownership of Transport & Installation (T&I), logistics and supply chain activities across major renewable energy projects.
Working within the European Supply Chain team, you will support projects from tender stage through to execution, leading supplier engagement, procurement activities and delivery planning across logistics, ports, marine operations and installation scopes.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead RFQs and tender processes for logistics, transport, ports, marshalling yards, cranes, vessels and installation contractors.
• Manage supplier negotiations and contract execution.
• Support transport and installation planning from bid stage through project delivery.
• Coordinate interfaces between project teams, ports, logistics providers, vessel owners and contractors.
• Develop logistics cost estimates, schedules and risk assessments.
• Support marine procurement activities including CTVs, SOVs, jack-up vessels and specialist marine assets.
• Drive continuous improvement of logistics and T&I processes across Europe.
What We're Looking For
• Experience within offshore wind, transport & installation, project cargo logistics or heavy lift operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics procurement and contractor management.
• Experience working with ports, marshalling facilities, transport providers and installation contractors.
• Knowledge of offshore wind project execution, marine operations and supply chain management.
• Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required.
