Our Team Lead Position
As a team lead, you will be responsible for managing our seafood department. We are a multi-award-winning company with 18 stores across three federal states.
Key Responsibilities
* You will oversee the fish counter and organize the workflows at the checkout counters
* Collaborate closely with the store management to develop joint strategies
* Act as the primary point of contact for staff guidance, coordination, and support
* Plan your personnel needs and manage your team in an employee-oriented manner
Required Qualifications
* Training or qualification in butchery, meat processing, cooking, or similar fields
* Professional and leadership experience in a fish department, checkout area, or kitchen
* Comprehensive knowledge of fish and seafood
* Cooks and other professionals looking to switch careers are also welcome and will be supported in their transition
