Automotive OEM - Change Manager Location: Ingolstadt/Moensheim, Germany Workplace Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite) About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change Manager to join our client's team at a Tier 1 Automotive OEM company in Germany. This role is crucial in interfacing with various brands, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to effectively manage requirements, timelines, and quality standards throughout the product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of agile methodologies, and excellent communication abilities in both German and English. As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful project execution and adherence to industry standards, contributing directly to the innovation and excellence that defines our organization. You will be responsible for facilitating change initiatives, mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvement within our dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Interface with brands, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to manage requirements, timelines, and quality standards. Lead agile ceremonies in collaboration with the scrum master to ensure sprint goals are consistently met. Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new technologies and methodologies. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with project changes and implement effective mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ASPICE and other relevant automotive standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Manage project documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping. Support the development and implementation of change management plans and strategies. Key Requirements: Experience working with OEMs such as VW, MB, BMW, or Stellantis. Experience with with ASPICE Sys.1, Sys.2, and Sys.3. Fluency in German (C1 level or above) and English is mandatory. Valid work authorization for Germany (any citizenship). Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional Requirements: Proven experience in interfacing with brands, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to manage requirements, timelines, and quality standards. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience leading agile ceremonies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
