As a Global Process Expert in Hot Forming, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and harmonizing global hot forming processes for ampoules, cartridges, and vials.
* Foster knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization to drive process excellence
* Define, develop, and implement harmonized global process standards for ampoule, cartridge, and vial manufacturing
* Create and maintain detailed documentation specific to products and processes, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met
* Identify, evaluate, and promote technical innovations and best practices to enhance product development and manufacturing efficiency
* Excellent communication, training, and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively in international teams
* Collaborative, team-oriented, and cross-functional mindset, with intercultural competence and the ability to perform in diverse environments
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with additional language skills being an asset
