We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Director of M&A (m / f / d) to join our high-performing team. This role will directly report to the Head of Corporate Development and will be responsible for managing the full cycle of M&A transactions from identification to closing.

Your mission

1. Drive strategic sales initiatives to deliver sustainable growth in sterile injectable and pre-filled syringe CDMO services.
2. Build and deepen partnerships with large pharmaceutical companies positioning Adragos as a trusted long-term partner.
3. Lead complex negotiations and proposals for late-phase and commercial manufacturing projects.
4. Expand our presence across Europe leveraging your network and understanding of EU / UK market dynamics.
5. Collaborate with technical operational legal and quality teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and execution.
6. Conduct market and competitive analysis to shape offerings supported by internal data and strategy teams.
7. Work closely with marketing to qualify leads and ensure commercial alignment.
8. Represent Adragos at key industry events (e.g. CPHI BioEurope PDA) to elevate our market position.
9. Report on pipeline progress forecasts and strategic partnerships to senior leadership.

Your profile

10. 10 years of experience in CDMO sales or strategic partnerships with a strong track record in sterile injectables and pre-filled syringes.
11. Proven ability to navigate large pharma organisations and lead long-cycle dealmaking.
12. Deep understanding of regulatory technical and commercial aspects of sterile drug products.
13. Skilled in managing complex deals from initial engagement to commercial supply.
14. Established network within European pharma and biotech especially in DACH France UK Nordics and Benelux.
15. Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams across technical and operational areas.
16. Strategic self-motivated and relationship-driven.
17. Willing to travel extensively across Europe and internationally.
18. Fluent in English; proficiency in German French or another European language is a plus.
19. CRM-savvy with a data-driven approach to pipeline and KPI management.
