What you will do
* Support with the systematic follow-up of trade fair contacts
* Sending out marketing and customer-specific information material
* Preparation of presentations and sales documents
* Support with the organisation of hybrid customer meetings
* Support in the preparation of quotations
* Monitoring and preparing results for internal reports
* Support in the qualification and maintenance of leads
What you bring to the table
* You are a student at a German university in the field of business administration or a related degree programme
* Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
* You can communicate very well
* You have good experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
* You work independently and have a talent for organisation
* You are a team player and flexible in dealing with changing tasks and stakeholders

The position is initially limited to 1 year. An extension is explicitly desired.
We do not remunerate pure Master's theses.
The monthly working time is 80 hours. This position is also available on a part-time basis.
