This position plays a key role in strengthening our existing team, with responsibilities focused on Inbound Transportation, Customs Clearance, and Master Data Management, as well as the day-to-day coordination of warehousing activities provided by our Logistics Service Providers.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and manage inbound transportation flows from global suppliers to European distribution centers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
* Coordinate customs clearance processes, in alignment with European and international trade regulations to avoid delays.
* Maintain and update master data for products, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure operational accuracy.
* Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations managed by Logistics Service Providers, including inventory control, storage optimization, and order fulfillment.
* Monitor inbound performance metrics and proactively implement corrective actions and process improvements.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Logistics) to ensure products are delivered on time and in full.
* Support ERP and process improvement projects, ensuring local operational requirements are represented.
* Provide operational support to customers and the Sales team, ensuring high service standards and smooth delivery execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Solid experience in inbound logistics planning, customs clearance, and warehouse coordination.
* Strong knowledge of European customs regulations and international trade compliance.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (ideally Oracle NetSuite), and familiarity with master data management.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Analytical mindset for monitoring KPIs and driving operational improvements.
* Ability to deliver a positive customer experience by demonstrating empathy, clear communication, and timely resolution of issues.
* Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
* Confident spoken and written language skills in English and German.

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten
* Planung und Steuerung der Inbound-Transportströme von globalen Lieferanten zu den europäischen Distributionszentren unter Sicherstellung termingerechter und kosteneffizienter Lieferungen.
* Koordination der Zollabwicklungsprozesse in Übereinstimmung mit europäischen und internationalen Handels- und Zollvorschriften zur Vermeidung von Verzögerungen.
* Pflege und Aktualisierung von Stammdaten (Produkte, Lieferanten, Logistikpartner) zur Sicherstellung einer hohen operativen Datenqualität.
* Überwachung und Koordination des Tagesgeschäfts der Lager, die von externen Logistikdienstleistern betrieben werden (Bestandskontrolle, Lageroptimierung, Auftragsabwicklung).
* Monitoring von Inbound-KPIs sowie proaktive Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen und Prozessverbesserungen.
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams (Sales, Customer Service, Logistics), um eine termingerechte und vollständige Lieferung (OTIF) sicherzustellen.
* Unterstützung von ERP- und Prozessoptimierungsprojekten unter Berücksichtigung lokaler operativer Anforderungen.
* Operative Unterstützung des Sales-Teams und der Kunden, um einen hohen Servicestandard und eine reibungslose Lieferabwicklung zu gewährleisten.
Anforderungen & Qualifikationen
* Fundierte Erfahrung in der Inbound-Logistikplanung, Zollabwicklung und Lagerkoordination.
* Sehr gute Kenntnisse der europäischen Zollvorschriften sowie der internationalen Handels- und Compliance-Anforderungen.
* Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise Oracle NetSuite) sowie Erfahrung im Stammdatenmanagement.
* Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten, hohe Detailgenauigkeit und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Prioritäten parallel zu steuern.
* Analytische Denkweise zur Überwachung von KPIs und zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung operativer Prozesse.
* Starke Kundenorientierung mit Einfühlungsvermögen, klarer Kommunikation und lösungsorientiertem Vorgehen.
* Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten für die Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Lieferanten, Logistikpartnern und internen Stakeholdern.
