To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to act as an HR Business Partner for our manufacturing site. You will play a key role in driving organizational effectiveness by translating business needs into impactful HR strategies and initiatives. The position is based in Pritzwalk, Brandenburg, Germany, where our manufacturing site is located.
The Role/Responsibilities:
* Act as a trusted advisor to site leadership, aligning HR strategies with operational and business goals
* Lead talent acquisition, development, and succession planning to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline
* Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture. Provide expert support on employee relations matters
* Design and implement initiatives to enhance team effectiveness, company culture, and organizational performance
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies
* Guide leaders and employees through performance planning, feedback, and development processes
* Drive and support organizational change initiatives, including restructures, process optimization, and cultural evolution
* Use data and insights (e.g., turnover, engagement, absenteeism) to inform HR strategies and measure impact
* Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to foster continuous learning and professional growth
* Develop and manage rewards programs tailored to production workforce needs
Profile/Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
* At least 8 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner, including a minimum of 5 years in a production/manufacturing environment and within a multinational company
* Strong knowledge of German labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR policies relevant to the manufacturing sector
* Proven ability to influence, advise, and collaborate with leadership teams across all levels of the organization
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to build trust and resolve conflicts effectively
* Hands-on experience in driving and supporting change initiatives in dynamic, fast-paced, and complex business environments
* Strong capability in using HR metrics and data to support business decisions and improve organizational effectiveness
* Highly precise, conscientious, and systematic approach to work
