* Register Updates and Tracking: Maintain accurate records and track important documents.
* Liaison with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with banks, Luxembourg administrations, notaries, and other relevant parties.
* Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior officers in their corporate administration roles.
With strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and fluency in English and German, you will thrive in this role.
