We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to oversee and grow strategic customer relationships in the vending and beverage sector across the DACH region and the Netherlands. This role requires a commercially driven professional with a strong background in the food & beverage industry and a proven ability to manage complex accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage key accounts including coffee roasters, vending operators, and distributors in Germany, Netherlands, Austria, and Switzerland
* Drive revenue growth and meet defined KPI targets for assigned customers
* Expand existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
* Lead contract negotiations and implement pricing strategies
* Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with international teams
* Oversee forecasting, budget planning, and performance tracking
* Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
Objectives
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Achieve sustainable growth in sales volume and profit margins
Required Qualifications & Experience
* University degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
* 8 years of experience in the food & beverage industry (branded goods or private label), managing key accounts in out-of-home, retail, or industrial channels
* Proven success in international account management
