Fund Oversight Officers play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of investment funds. As such, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to support our team in Luxembourg.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversight and controls of delegated functions (Fund Administration, Depositary Bank)
* Perform initial and periodic due diligence on delegates
* Review and analyse Key Performance Indicators & Key Risk Indicators of funds
* Review and follow up cash and asset reconciliations
* Oversee coordination of fund corporate life cycle (general meetings of shareholders, board circular resolutions, etc)
* Coordinate dividend payments
* Ensure fund tax documentation is accurate
* Prepare recurrent meetings with delegates and draft respective minutes
* Monitor delegates and follow-up of incidents
2. Financial Statements and other fund reporting
* Coordinate entire funds' audit process with Central Administration and auditors
* Check Financial Statements
* Review/coordinate all other fund reporting
3. Board reporting and meeting
* Organise funds' board meetings
* Prepare board packs in collaboration with counterparties (Central Administration, Depositary Bank, auditors, Investment Manager)
