OUR PURPOSE AT PLANCRAFT Building the backbone of European trades – together, with modern software and smart AI solutions. We don’t just develop software – we’re on a mission to give tradespeople and contractors more room to focus on what matters. We do this by providing a practical SaaS solution that works the way they do: fast, efficient, and without unnecessary administrative overhead. Supported by smart AI features exactly where they make a real difference in everyday work. Backed by Tier 1 investors from Europe and the US such as Headline and Creandum, and with more than 30,000 craftspeople as our customer base, we are scaling across Europe to turn individual, scattered businesses into connected and successful communities. We believe in zero admin, not zero personality – and we build every feature with the people wearing safety boots in mind, not suits. We’re excited to shape the future together as a team, staying grounded in our mission to empower the builders and makers of tomorrow. YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT As a Senior People Brand & Experience Manager, you are a key shaper and strategic operator for how plancraft is experienced internally and perceived externally. You translate company strategy, culture, and talent priorities into a clear, scalable People Brand & Experience system — covering employer branding and employee experience (e.g. workplaces, employee journey touchpoints, events, rituals and CSR). With plancraft currently at 150 people, operating across 5 European countries with our HQ in Hamburg, and further growing, this role is pivotal in helping to strengthen the backbone that allows our culture, employee experience, and employer brand to scale with consistency and impact — without losing the personal and human touch that makes them meaningful. Build scalable playbooks, templates, AI-supported workflows, and planning structures to ensure repeatable, high-quality execution across all PBX dimensions. Own Employer Branding end-to-end, from strategy and messaging to hands-on execution across content, channels and relevant external events and networks. Drive end-to-end conception, planning, and execution of recurring formats and lighthouse events such as our company-wide quarterly event weeks, our offsite, monthly afterworks and hybrid formats supported by a junior team member. Evolve quality and execution of our employee journey touchpoints and workflows, especially around pre- & onboarding while operational execution lies primarily with a junior team member. Support facilitation & coordination of L&D offers and formats Ensure a welcoming, inclusive and engaging workplace and everyday experience across all working setups, with currently 3 offices in Hamburg, Amsterdam and Vienna, alongside a growing remote workforce.
