NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called: EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team. The overall objective of this assignment is to: strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention; contribute to reducing inter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes; improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions; inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries. Duration : The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date. Key Expert: Legal/Human Rights Expert (Host Country) Qualifications and Skills: Master's in law/political science/international relations or 5 years experience in lieu. General experience: Cat. I: 10 years / Cat. II: 5 years in: Elections/electoral assistance; Human rights, democratisation; Rule of law/civil society. Specific experience: Election observation/assessment. Electoral systems/administration/standards. Familiarity with national election frameworks. Understanding of election management bodies.
