Warehouse & Logistics Operative (m/f/d) – Full-Time

We are Lebenslust, a fast-growing company exporting high-quality German groceries and drugstore products to Dubai and Singapore. We make sure that expats and fans of German quality worldwide can enjoy their favourite products. To support our growing wholesale operation, we are looking for immediate reinforcement at our warehouse in Kerpen.
Your Responsibilities
You are the key person at our Kerpen warehouse, responsible for receiving incoming wholesale stock from our supplier Für Sie / REWE and preparing it for export to Dubai and Singapore.
• Goods Receiving: Receive Für Sie / REWE deliveries at our Kerpen warehouse, check quantities and condition against our purchase orders, and unload pallets safely.
• Inventory & Quality Control: Take inventory of every delivery upon receipt, record expiry dates (MHD) per item, and document everything accurately in our database.
• Stock Communication: Keep our Dubai and Singapore offices informed in real time about incoming stock, shortages, substitutions, and short-dated items so the sales teams can react quickly.
• Labelling: Print product labels and apply the required import / Arabic / Singapore-compliant stickers to each unit before packing.
• Packing & Shipping: Pack goods securely for air freight, build and shrink-wrap pallets, secure them, and prepare them for pickup by the freight forwarder.
• Veterinary Certification: Liaise with the local Veterinäramt (vet office) to obtain the health certificates required for shipments containing animal-origin products before each departure.
Your Profile
• Experience: Ideally experience in warehousing, logistics, goods-in, or shipping. Familiarity with food or animal-origin product handling is a strong plus.
• Language Skills: Good English is mandatory for daily communication with our Dubai and Singapore offices. German is required for liaison with the Veterinäramt and other local authorities.
• Organisation & Accuracy: You work in a structured, accurate way – expiry dates, quantities, and labels need to be right the first time.
• Mobility: A Class B driving licence is required.
• Physical Fitness: You are hands-on and comfortable lifting boxes, building pallets, and being on your feet in a warehouse environment.
• Location: You live in Köln
