About the role
We are seeking a highly commercial, sales-focused professional to establish and expand a strategic, central relationship with a high-growth, volume OEM.
In this role, you will take ownership of this central relationship, proactively identifying and engaging senior stakeholders both internally and externally to build a strong network. Your focus will be on uncovering and unlocking strategic opportunities that drive scalable revenue growth and long-term partnership success.
The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to network and navigate complex organisations, build trust quickly and accelerate business development through strong relationship management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Establish and grow a central relationship with the OEM, networking with internal and external stakeholders to successfully drive engagement
* Develop and execute strategic plans to strengthen the relationship and unlock commercial opportunities
* Partner with key OEM stakeholders to design and implement a multi-market introduction and communication strategy
* Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop assets including case studies, testimonials surveys to support engagement efforts.
* Drive multi-market rollouts, ensuring prioritisation and accelerating implementation across target regions
* Collaborate with the Go-To-Market team ensure timely execution of introductions and progression of growth opportunities
* Manage ongoing communication with the OEM, proactively keeping stakeholders engaged and informed on progress
* Oversee reporting, ensuring transparency and alignment with stakeholder expectations
* Work with the onboarding team to create a structured plan for the first 30 days and beyond, optimizing uptake and usage.
* Strengthen relationships across central and market-level OEM stakeholders, fostering long-term collaboration and business expansion.
* Ensure strategic alignment between teams for effective communication and implementation
* Travel to key markets as required to build relationships and maximise local engagement
* Partner with Product and Technical teams to develop a deep understanding of OEM systems and potential integration opportunities
* Identify and capitalise on additional commercial opportunities across the CitNOW Group portfolio, leveraging internal and external networks.
We are looking for:
* Fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven experience in a sales-focused role in the Automotive or Software industry
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build and maintain relationships at senior levels
* A proven ability to identify and develop high-value commercial opportunities
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
