We are seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist (m/w/d) to join a highly regarded social psychiatric center planning to expand with a new facility in the Greater Kiel region. This position involves a permanent employment contract directly with our client. Your Profile:
* You hold a valid German medical license (Approbation)
* Board certification as a Consultant Psychiatrist in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or Neurology
* Extensive expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders
* Commitment and creativity in patient care
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Motivation to develop and implement modern care structures
* Flexibility and willingness to pursue ongoing professional and personal development
Your Responsibilities:
* Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with psychiatric conditions
* Conduct individual therapies and, if desired, group therapies
* Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychotherapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
