Job Description

Tipico is looking for an IT Administrator (m/f/x) to join our team. Grow with us, introduce us to new ideas, and develop products that maximise the thrill of sports for our customers. Every day, you'll work in a highly collaborative and agile environment with cross-functional team members to develop products and create technical solutions that push us forward.

Your playing field:

1. Ensure a consistent standard of customer service is maintained, both onsite and remotely
2. Collaborate seamlessly with the Corporate IT team to deliver top-notch IT support services across all Tipico Group offices
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Investigate and resolve technical and operational issues as part of incident management, request fulfillment processes, and infrastructure projects to enhance tools and services for customers
4. Take ownership of reported issues and provide regular communication on the status and progress
5. Troubleshoot and address hardware, operating system, and software issues for Windows, Mac OS X, and mobile devices, including data recovery
6. Contribute to the internal IT support procurement process
7. Manage user accounts, groups, passwords, and mailboxes in corporate systems such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, InTune, JAMF, Exchange Servers (Office 365), and other specified systems
8. Maintain operational documentation, including Knowledge Base articles and Standard Operating Procedures
9. Contribute to the enhancement of IT Service Management standards and processes

Qualifications

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

10. Experience. +3 years of proficiency in an IT Administration environment
11. Must-Haves. Deep knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Azure Active Directory is a mandatory prerequisite.
12. Service Excellence. Demonstrated strong customer focus and familiarity with IT Service Management/ITIL standards and processes
13. Robust Skillset. Proficient in Active Directory, Microsoft Admin Portal, Microsoft Office applications, PowerShell, and scripting
14. Hardware Knowledge. Familiarity with both PC and MAC equipment
15. Ticketing Systems. Experience with ITSM applications such as JIRA Service Desk and ServiceNow
16. Network Understanding. Basic knowledge of LAN and WAN setups
17. Language Skills. Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in German is an advantage
