Responsibilities
* develop and design standard SAS solutions to deliver secure, scalable substation architectures in line with customer requirements and industry standards
* create project-specific solutions and architectures in close collaboration with sales and bid management teams
* prepare technical solution descriptions and define overall system concepts
* create bills of materials (BOM) for SAS solutions and ensure technical completeness
* provide technical support to sales, bid management, and engineering teams while managing key technical stakeholders
* translate functional requirements into epics, feature descriptions, and high-level acceptance criteria and support internal trainings
Qualifications
* hold a university degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
* bring experience as a Solution Architect, System Architect, Project Manager, or in a similar role within the substation business
* have strong knowledge of substation solutions, including secondary equipment, SCADA, HMI, standards, and system design
* are familiar with leading market products and technologies (e.g., Siemens SIPROTEC, ABB, Schneider)
* have experience in project execution or project management of substation solutions
* communicate fluently in English with excellent interpersonal skills and German is a plus
