This position must be filled from April 2026 for a period of at least 6 months.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Participation in exciting international projects in the field of HR Advanced Analytics
2. Coordination of interdisciplinary work packages, creation of convincing communication materials, and moderation of global meetings
3. Independent handling of work packages in our projects and products as an interface between HR and other departments
4. Involvement in diverse project work, such as the implementation of a company-wide HR data model
5. Preparation of engaging training and communication materials, including internal blog posts and intranet presentations
6. Collaboration with Schaeffler locations worldwide
Your Qualifications
7. Studies in the fields of economics, communication sciences, business administration, or a similar discipline, ideally with a focus on business informatics, digital media, or social media communication
8. Interest in HR processes and agile working; initial practical experience in project management is a plus
9. Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
10. Confident handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint, or Viva Engage
11. Good communication skills and an affinity for data
12. Creative and agile mindset as well as high commitment
