Your areas of responsibilities:
* Contact person for our national and international customers and distribution partners in the case of complaints
* Ensure a smooth complaint process
* Support the customer service team in operational tasks
* Provide product advice and generate additional sales
Your profile of qualification:
* Studying business administration (Bachelor or Master) or other (comparable) study
* Proactive and service-/ and solution-orientated personality
* You have a hands-on mentality and high motivation
* Very good command of English and especially German (further languages would be fine)
* First experience in sales or service, preferably in customer relations field within an international environment
