As part of our café team, you are the face of ORA.
You create a welcoming atmosphere, deliver excellent service, and ensure every guest has a great experience.
Your responsibilities include:
* Preparing coffee, drinks, and light food items
* Providing friendly and professional customer service
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café
* Supporting daily operations and smooth workflows
* Creating a positive and energetic vibe for our community
Qualifikation
* Previous experience in gastronomy, with at least one year of experience.
* Preparing coffee on a professional espresso machine.
* Passion for coffee, food, and a healthy lifestyle
* Friendly, open, and positive personality
* Reliable and team-oriented mindset
* Good English skills (German is a plus)

Wir bereiten täglich frische Gerichte zu – von hausgemachten Kuchen über Bowls bis hin zu liebevoll zubereiteten Frühstücksvariationen und Kaffeespezialitäten. Dabei achten wir auf Qualität, Nachhaltigkeit und den bewussten Einsatz hochwertiger Zutaten.
Unser Team besteht aus offenen, herzlichen Menschen, die Freude am Miteinander haben und unsere Gäste gerne mit einem Lächeln begrüßen.
Die Arbeitszeiten liegen tagsüber zwischen 9:00 und 17:00 Uhr, was den Job ideal für alle macht, die Gastronomie lieben, aber abends gerne frei haben.
