The Opportunity:
1. Designs and implements AI, Automation and data analytics solutions to drive data strategies for the organization or functions within the organization.
2. Supports traditional reporting and dashboards and may apply advanced analytics and data science.
3. Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage.
4. Uses advanced analytics and data science as primary tools to understand and analyze business processes and other relevant factors, and may support traditional reporting and dashboards.
The Role:
5. Responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of AI strategy for Supply chain solutions, data sets, reporting and analytics to enable data-driven decisions
6. Collaborates with process teams to elicit and understand requirements, challenges and potential solutions
7. Defines data governance structure, in collaboration with global data owners, and ensures compliance with standards and controls
8. Defines standards, develops/conducts training and provides advanced support to the business
9. Works with global process owner(s) and senior functional leaders on the effective utilization of metrics and analytics within their area
10. Researches and applies knowledge of data technology and techniques to provide best practice guidance to the business
11. Collaborates with functional business units to drive business solutions and direction
Skills & Experience:
12. Bachelor degree in a technical field relevant to business process engineering, computer science or AI; advanced degree preferred
13. 8+ years' experience in reporting and analytics
14. AI, Automation, Advanced analytics and/or data science experience
15. Hands-on experience with traditional modern business intelligence reporting tools, e.g. MS Fabric, AWS platform, DataBricks QlikView, Tableau, etc.
16. Demonstrated big data experience with Hadoop-based tools, Hortonworks preferred
17. Experience with SAP, HANA preferred
