Product Marketing Manager (PMM)
Function: Senior Product Marketer
Reports to: Director of Product Marketing
Location: Hybrid/Germany
Our client, a Private Equity–backed, Buy and Build, Business Management Software Vendor, a recognised leader in their vertical market, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and support new system sales across its SME and Mid-Market portfolio.
What you’ll do
* Define and refine ICPs, segmentation, and qualification criteria
* Own positioning and messaging frameworks by product/segment
* Lead GTM strategy and structured product launches
* Deliver competitive insights, battlecards, and market guidance
* Influence pricing and packaging through market evidence
* Enable Sales with clear, practical, market-led narratives
What we’re looking for
* 5–10+ years in Product Marketing or adjacent GTM roles
* Strong experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
* ERP software background preferred
* Proven success across multi-product, multi-segment portfolios
* Strong positioning, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills
* Comfortable operating in ambiguity and influencing senior stakeholders
* Evidence-led, autonomous, and outcomes-focused
