Purpose of the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for businesses looking to maximize the impact of their online advertising. You’ll use your skills to optimize digital campaigns, identify new growth opportunities, and drive better results for clients, helping them grow their businesses while achieving your own success.
What You’ll Need:
* Native-level proficiency in German.
* Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
* A degree (BA/BS) or equivalent practical experience.
* 6-12 months of experience in advertising and PPC campaigns (preferred).
* 6-12 months of outbound sales experience (preferably B2B).
* A passion for marketing, technology, and a desire to continuously grow and learn.
* Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to shine in this dynamic environment.
* Ready to start in August or discuss flexibility with a potential later start date.
