DevOps Engineer - Flexible Hybrid, Hamburg

The DevOps engineer will:
* Platform Orchestration Lead: Take ownership of our software deployment and orchestration strategies. You'll leverage containerization technologies like Docker/Docker Swarm to build efficient, reliable, and scalable operational environments.
* Security & Compliance Guardian: Champion the security of our platform and data. You'll design and implement strong authentication, authorization, and API security measures, utilizing tools such as Keycloak, while ensuring adherence to data protection regulations like GDPR.
* Observability & Insights Engineer: You'll oversee server monitoring using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Wazuh to proactively improve uptime and generate critical security insights.
* Release & Infrastructure Specialist: Drive the smooth deployment of software updates and maintain our core server infrastructure. This includes managing SSL certificates, backup solutions (like borg), and identity management systems.
* Compliance & Deployment Facilitator: Act as a crucial link between our internal teams and customers, ensuring our solutions meet diverse compliance needs, including on-premise deployments and data privacy agreements.
* Systems Improvement Catalyst: Collaborate across engineering and product teams to continuously enhance the security, scalability, and operational efficiency of our software. You'll be a key driver of automation initiatives and operational best practices.
Requirements:
* Professional proficiency in English. German is a plus
* Proficiency in Linux, Docker/Docker-Swarm, and infrastructure automation
* Familiar with Python, backend frameworks like Django
* Experience with authentication and identity management tools like Keycloak.
* Knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles
* ISO 27001 exposure
* Strong communications skills and keen eye for detail
