Shipping & Logistics Coordinator
Location: [ Leipzig ]
Job responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate international sea freight shipments from order to delivery
* Prepare and review shipping documents such as B/L, packing list, and commercial invoice
* Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers
* Track shipment status and resolve transportation issues in a timely manner
* Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company procedures
* Optimize shipping schedules and transportation costs
* Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, procurement, and warehouse
* Maintain accurate shipping records and update ERP or logistics systems
Expected qualifications & degrees
* Major: [Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields]
* Degree: [Occupational school, Bsc. Or above]
* Certificates: [Ausbildung as Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung or customs related training is a plus]
* Skills: [MS Office, ERP systems, logistics or shipping management software etc.]
* Language: [English and German required; Chinese is a plus ]
Professional experience
* Min [2 ] years of experience in [shipping, logistics, or international trade].
* Have a good understanding of [sea freight processes, Incoterms, and customs procedures]
* Experience in coordinating with international freight forwarders and carriers
* Experience in handling shipping documentation and resolving transportation issues
