Responsibilities:
1. Preparing high-quality, fresh, and regional dishes with a focus on sustainability, health, and seasonality in institutional catering
2. Preparing meals for events and catering—from small meetings to special occasions—with ample opportunity for creativity, personal ideas, and culinary expression
3. Ensuring consistently high quality—from preparation and presentation to serving the food
4. Actively advising and communicating with our guests during meal service in the company cafeteria
5. Collaborating on the further development of our menu offerings and contributing your own ideas and creativity
6. Actively helping to ensure smooth and efficient operations in collaboration with the entire kitchen team
7. Consistent adherence to and implementation of our quality standards, hygiene requirements, and HACCP guidelines
Qualifications:
8. Completed training as a chef
9. Experience in upscale or Michelin-starred restaurants is desirable
10. Some experience in institutional catering
11. Enthusiasm and passion for fine cuisine
12. You impress with your exceptional dedication to service and friendliness
13. You are a committed, reliable, natural, and positive person
14. Your work hours are Monday through Friday; weekend work is possible
