Key Responsibilities :
* Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for the property.
* Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Drive cost control, revenue optimization, and financial strategy.
* Ensure compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and corporate policies.
* Provide financial insights to support senior management in strategic decision-making.
* Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.
* Oversee cash flow, forecasting, and financial risk management.
* Work closely with the operations team to align financial goals with business objectives.
Who You Are :
* An experienced finance leader with a background in hospitality, leisure, or tourism.
* Strong understanding of German financial regulations and tax laws.
* Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* A strategic thinker with excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Hands-on and adaptable—able to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
* Fluent in German and English (essential).
