Tasks:
* Support and supervision of equipment and processes in final measurement/testing
* Conceptualization and development of equipment modules in collaboration with the equipment supplier
* Acceptance, commissioning, and release of equipment
* Introduction of new processes and products into production
* Preparation of equipment performance analyses and definition of measures to improve performance and yield
* Optimization and documentation of manufacturing processes
* Planning and implementation of projects
* Creation of training materials and training of production employees
Requirements:
* Completed university degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a comparable qualification
* Strong technical problem-solving skills
* Assertiveness and close affinity to manufacturing/production environments
* Initiative and responsible way of working
* High level of comprehension, with a systematic and structured working style
* Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
