️ The Role
As Assistant Store Manager at O’Neill, you’ll be the right hand of the Store Manager and jointly responsible for the daily success. You’ll lead the team, ensure an inspiring store experience, and work with your colleagues to achieve the sales targets.
Your Responsibilities
1. Leading the team and creating a positive, energetic work atmosphere
2. Actively contributing to achieving sales goals
3. Recruiting, training and motivating staff to build a strong sales team
4. Implementing O’Neill guidelines for store layout and product display
5. Managing inventory and admin in line with O’Neill standards
6. Planning and executing promotions and product changes
7. ️ Representing and protecting the O’Neill brand on the shop floor
Your Profile
We’re looking for someone with:
8. At least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role
9. Strong communication and people management skills
10. A commercial mindset and a keen eye for trends
11. ️ A passion for board sports and the O’Neill lifestyle
12. A hands-on mentality and a strong sense of responsibility
