Location : Fallprotec S.A, 2-4 Rue Gustave Loosé, L-8346 Grass, Luxembourg

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating multiple tasks
simultaneously?

Fallprotec S.A. is a fast-growing international company specializing in the design,
manufacturing, and distribution of powered access equipment and fall protection systems for
working at height. The successful candidate will operate in a niche market and receive training
in international sales processes, logistics management, and a highly technical product
portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Internal Sales, your main responsibilities will include:

Managing customer orders from processing through to completion
Coordinating shipping and logistics operations within the EU and internationally
Communicating with customers regarding order status, lead times, and deliveries
Working closely with the Sales, Production, and Purchasing teams
Handling customer claims, returns, and after-sales service in coordination with relevant departments
Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and international trade regulations
Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative and logistics processes

These responsibilities are not exhaustive and may evolve according to the company’s growth
and the candidate’s potential.

Your Profile :

Fluent in French, English, and German
Any additional language will be considered an asset
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Strong customer service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (knowledge of Odoo is an advantage)
Comfortable working in administrative and technical environments

You hold a higher education degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or a
related field, and ideally have initial successful experience in a similar role such as Sales
Administration, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Commercial Support.
