Could you be the Railway Lead Engineer that we are looking for?
What do we expect from you?
* At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the Railway Industry
* English and German Language is a must
* Academic background in Engineering or similar (Software, Electronics, Physics, Mathematics, etc.)
* Strong knowledge of railway standards and CENELEC norms, applied to the development, testing, and certification of embedded systems;
* Lead multidisciplinary teams in the planning and delivery of railway engineering projects.
* Collaborate with clients and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and quality.
* Drive innovation in railway engineering through sustainable and cost-effective solutions.
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to strategic workforce development.
* Excited with the prospect of travelling and getting in touch with different cultures and realities.
