Your Role You are a thought leader in Generative AI and drive the company-wide establishment of GenAI, multi-agent systems, and RAG architectures. You will identify trends early and use them to develop scalable, production-ready solutions. With vision, you lead teams, establish best practices, and build sustainable competencies. As a Senior GenAI Solution Architect (f/m/d), you will strategically anchor GenAI in the company and shape the future of our customers. Drive strategic initiatives in Generative AI, multi-agent systems, and RAG architectures. Lead technical teams and take architectural responsibility in national and international projects. Design and implement production-ready AI solutions on hyperscaler infrastructures. Advise clients on architecture, scaling, and deployment strategies for AI transformation projects. Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and identify new business opportunities. Qualification & Skills Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or similar. 5 years of experience delivering scalable AI/GenAI solutions. Proven leadership in technical teams and strong stakeholder management. Hands-on expertise in RAG architectures, multi-agent systems, frameworks like LangGraph/CrewAI, and knowledge of MCP and A2A communication.
