IT SERVICE SPECIALIST

FOR THE INFORMATION PROCESSING CENTER (IVZ) IN HANOVER
We are looking for you as a reliable and energetic team player for our IVZ team in the branch office at Norddeutscher Rundfunk in Hanover.
YOUR TASKS
* Software distribution and second level support: Assignment of software via MECM, processing of error messages and second level support for the identity management platform SailPoint Identity IQ
* IT requirements management and event support: processing and implementation of IT requirements requests and ensuring IT supply for on/off-air events
* Device configuration and error management: Support and error analysis of input and output devices such as print servers, multifunctional devices and plotters in a domain environment; maintenance of the asset management system and creation of reports
YOUR PROFILE
Graduate of a technical university of applied sciences and/or comparable successfully completed training with many years of professional experience in the described job profile and
* extensive experience in IT service and support, knowledge in the administration of Microsoft and Linux systems as well as in software distribution
* Basic knowledge of identity management systems
* Very good knowledge of English and the ability to present complex issues clearly both verbally and in writing
THE IVZ
We are the internal IT service provider of ARD, i.e. all ARD broadcasters, Deutschlandradio and DW under the leadership of rbb, and provide central IT services at the locations of the state broadcasters and Deutschlandradio.
