Manager, Digital Transformation
You will collaborate with sales, customer solutions engineering, IT, and external partners to identify pain points and design impactful solutions. You will drive automation, data-driven decision-making, and innovation across teams. You will own project scope, resources, and timelines—ensuring delivery of high-value outcomes. You will act as the business owner in IT collaborations, ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose. You will report directly to the Director, CSE Transformation and Digital Development.
Proven experience in digital operating model transformations and project management.
Experience leading cross-functional, international teams.
Hands-on skills in process mapping, workshop facilitation, and user engagement.
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or SAP is an asset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Full professional proficiency in English; Comfortable juggling multiple projects and navigating ambiguity.
