The position contributes to successful project delivery by ensuring transparency, effective communication, and systematic tracking of schedules, costs, and risks in alignment with the company’s priorities and the strategic objectives. Supporting the planning and structuring of projects (schedules, work packages, milestones) Preparing and maintaining project plans, status reports, presentations, and decision documents for own projects Organizing, preparing, and documenting project meetings and tracking follow-up actions Coordination with internal departments, external service providers, and other stakeholders Supporting schedule and cost monitoring as well as tracking overall project progress Assisting in the identification, assessment, and follow-up of project risks Supporting the improvement and standardization of project management processes and documentation standards With this knowledge you will strengthen our team.
