HR Business Partner
Hamburg | 18-month fixed-term contract
An international energy and commodities company is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join its team in Hamburg.
In this role, you will partner closely with senior leadership, acting as a trusted advisor on all people-related topics in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. You will help translate business strategy into effective people solutions, support organizational design and talent strategies, guide leaders through transformation initiatives, and ensure strong employee relations in line with German employment law.
This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence leadership decisions, strengthen organizational capability, and support the development of future-ready teams within an international business.
We are looking for candidates with strong HR Business Partner experience, commercial mindset, international exposure, and solid knowledge of German labour law.
