Global Controller Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Controller Leader to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving global sales controlling across all five business lines.
You will lead the team of business line controllers and report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Additionally, you will act as a Finance Business Partner and be part of the global management team of the Business Line Base Material.
Your primary focus will be on growth and profitability, evaluation and explanation of deviations and trends, creating insights, and developing recommendations for action and countermeasures. You will also be responsible for the financial evaluation of strategic options and major investment projects.
Responsibilities
* Drive global sales controlling across all five business lines.
* Lead the team of business line controllers.
* Report directly to the CFO.
* Act as a Finance Business Partner.
* Participate in the global management team of the Business Line Base Material.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study with a focus on finance and controlling.
* Several years of professional and management experience in business controlling in the global manufacturer industry.
* Fully proficient in the use of MS Office applications, BI/AO, and HANA applications.
* Good knowledge of SAP.
* Proficiency in Business English.
