Atmio is a climate tech startup founded by second time founders who have built and scaled companies before — and we're doing it again, this time for one of the hardest and most impactful problems out there: reducing emissions of the energy sector.

We're backed by top-tier VCs and supported by an exceptional group of angel investors and operators who've scaled category-defining companies across Europe and beyond.

Our customers include leading German operators of critical energy infrastructure who rely on atmio's AI-powered hardware + software platform to make methane emissions visible, measurable, and most important reducible.

We already have customers, revenue, and momentum. Now we're looking for a Head of Sales who's been a few chapters ahead — someone who has scaled from early traction to €10M+ ARR and knows what's coming next.


What You’ll Do

* Own revenue growth end-to-end. From pipeline to forecast to closing — the numbers are yours
* Scale what already works. Take early traction and turn it into a structured, repeatable sales motion
* Lead and grow the sales team. Coach our small team and hire the next wave as we scale
* Be hands‑on where it matters. You'll still close strategic deals while building systems that scale beyond you
* Design and evolve GTM strategy. ICPs, pricing, outreach, sales cycles, and channels
* Build the machine. Playbooks, KPIs, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and clear accountability
* Partner with leadership. Be a sparring partner to the CEO on commercial strategy and growth decisions
* Stay close to the market. Turn customer insights into better positioning and stronger conversion
* Develop yourself. This role should evolve to a CRO overtime


This Role Is Right for You If…

* You’ve already scaled a B2B sales org from early revenue to :€10M+ ARR (or similar order of magnitude)
* You know what breaks when a company moves from "early wins" to "repeatable growth"
* You’re comfortable leading a team while still rolling up your sleeves.
* You have a great sales method to navigate complex multi stakeholder enterprise deals
* You bring structure without slowing things down
* You thrive in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and high ownership
* You think in quarters and not hitting your goals is an embarrassing disaster for you. 😉
* You're motivated by building something meaningful — and making a real climate impact.

* You’ll sell cutting‑edge HW/SW + AI climate tech into some of the most respected industrial, enterprise, and energy players in Europe
* Your customers will include EU & DE energy infrastructure operators, from SMB to large enterprises, and Fortune-level companies
* You’ll help scale a product that is already in market, revenue‑generating, and mission‑critical for customers with real‑world infrastructure
* You’ll shape the go‑to‑market motion from Series‑A‑ish scale to €10M+ ARR, with full ownership and direct CEO access


Requirements

* 💪 Skills & Experience
* Scaled B2B SaaS revenue from early traction to :€10M+
* Hands‑on seller turned sales leader rolling up your sleeves attitude
* Track record of hitting goals in hyper growth environment
* Fluent in English & German; CRM savvy (HubSpot a plus)
