* Many years (10+ years) of management experience in finance, ideally as a lead or in a comparable position of responsibility (ideally FMCG: food/nutrition, retail/e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, fashion)
* Successful management of international projects and teams
* Experience with budget, sales and liquidity planning, risk management and financial governance
* Proven track record in M&A or buy-and-build activities
* Expertise in transfer pricing is an advantage
* Very good knowledge of modern financial tools & ERP systems (ideally SAP Business One) as well as reporting (Bi) and controlling software
* High digital affinity, openness to innovation (e.g. AI, automation)
* Analytical strength, structured and results-oriented approach to work
* Strong communication skills and confident presentation skills
* Resilience and flexibility in fast-paced corporate environments
* Strong implementation skills, hands‑on mentality, strong change management skills
* Business fluent in English

Strategic & Management
* Overall responsibility for budget and sales planning, including liquidity development
* Establishment, management and further development of treasury, risk management and transfer pricing
* Management of M&A activities and promotion of our buy‑and‑build strategy
* Development and implementation of efficiency programmes at all levels
* Controlling and performance analysis based on KPIs with derivation of recommendations for action
* Identification and design of new business opportunities, including market analyses, business cases and feasibility studies
Operational & Implementation
* Management and further development of commercial areas including finance, controlling, treasury, and, where applicable, tax/audit
* Management and optimisation of financial and liquidity processes
* Responsibility for (group) monthly and annual financial statements, inventories, reporting
* Digitisation and automation of financial processes, taking into account deadlines, terms and capacities (focus on AI and modern tools)
* Market, competition and benchmark analyses to derive operational measures
* Close cooperation with external partners and stakeholders
* Collaboration in the recruiting process for the relevant finance & controlling teams
