Aufgaben:
* This is an individual contributor position, reporting directly to our newly promoted and forward-thinking Head of Key Account Management. You will be responsible for managing relationships with our international distribution partners across approximately 30 countries.
* Manage and strengthen relationships with international distribution partners (not direct sales)
* Negotiate contracts and commercial terms, ensuring mutual success and compliance
* Collaborate with partners across various cultures, adapting communication and approach accordingly
* Occasionally travel to meet partners and support relationship development
* Handle the details and complexity of partner contracts and commercial agreements
* Operate with autonomy while working closely with the Head of Key Account Management to deliver strategic outcomes
Qualifikationen:
* 2-3 years of dedicated experience in key account management or similar roles
* A resilient, agile mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
* Strong negotiation skills and confidence in managing international stakeholders
* Enjoys working independently but thrives within a collaborative and growing team
* Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior management.
* A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for efficiency and optimisation.
