To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Business Development Account Manager (f/m/d).

Do you want to help organizations leverage ModuleWorks technology to secure their future in digitalization, of Industry 4.0 or Industrial Internet of Things? As a strong team, we work at the frontier of what is possible and form the spearhead of manufacturing technology development in the Digital Dentistry sector.
Your Responsibilities:
* Full managerial and functional leadership of the HR team
* Further development and standardization of global HR processes, policies and digital HR systems
* Supporting employees and managers in all operational HR matters – with an empathetic, discreet, and solution-oriented approach
* Oversight and management of international HR projects
* Making personnel-related decisions within your area of responsibility in close collaboration with the Operations Director and in line with company objectives
* Advising the executive management on all HR-related issues
* Building, developing, and maintaining a modern, consistent and cross-location HR structure
What we are looking for:
* Several years of experience in HR, ideally with international responsibility
* Proven leadership experience as well as strong communication and advisory skills
* Comprehensive knowledge of all HR processes, from recruitment and employee development to offboarding
* Experience in successfully collaborating with international teams and locations
* Solid understanding of labor law and compliance-related topics
* Structured and pragmatic way of working with a strong solutions focus
* Confident handling of digital HR systems and tools
* Business-fluent German and English, both spoken and written
* High social competence, integrity, and a strong ability to build and maintain trusting relationships
