Werkstudent (m/w/d) Human Resources
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Training Material Coordination:
Collaborate with various functional departments to support the transfer of functional training content. Help structure, organize, and manage training materials tailored to departmental needs.
* Support the Implementation of Workday:
Assist in the rollout of our new HR Information System "Workday" by helping with data preparation, testing, documentation, and user support specifically with regards to the Training Material Coordination.
* General HR Support:
Provide administrative and operational assistance to the HR team.
Your Profile:
* Enrolled in a university program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* Strong interest in HR systems and digital transformation.
* Excellent communication skills in English and German as well as Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
