As a young professional, you’ll have the unique opportunity to contribute to our growth, take on responsibility, and work closely with our founding team and management. YOUR ROLE As a Strategic People Projects Working Student at remberg, you will support key initiatives across employer branding, talent acquisition, culture activation, and people operations. You will work closely with the People team to enhance our employer brand, improve candidate experience, and drive internal engagement. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Support the development and execution of our employer branding strategy, including social media content creation and posting. Strengthen the candidate experience in the talent acquisition process, ensuring smooth and engaging interactions. Plan and organize internal events to activate and reinforce remberg’s company culture. Assist with various people operations tasks, contributing to efficient HR processes. YOUR PROFILE Proactive, self-driven, and creative mindset. Strong communication skills in German & English. Interest in HR, recruitment, and building scalable people processes. Hands-on and eager to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. Experience with social media platforms is a bonus. Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program and available 16 hours/week.
