Job Description
2. You are responsible for leading and developing the Wealth / B2B Team
3. You will identify opportunities to streamline, optimize, and automize processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery excellence
4. You are regularly meeting with our Operations- and Product-Teams to discuss new and existing processes and to identify improvements
5. You will ensure a culture of continuous improvement within the team by encouraging continuous feedback
6. You possess the skill to effectively communicate the company's overarching vision and objectives, offering a contextual backdrop that enables your team members to align their individual efforts effectively
7. You act as a subject matter expert for your functional areas and drive continuous development of tools, processes and client experience
8. You take over escalating client communications to support your team
Qualifications
9. You have gained professional experience in a leadership position in customer service and are familiar with industry KPIs
10. You have a keen interest in stock market activities, are knowledgeable about robo-advisors, and have an affinity for digital solutions
11. Leading your team to shared successes and serving as a role model both professionally and personally motivates you
12. You possess a friendly and solution-oriented working approach in proactive coordination with your team
13. You work independently and you are very pragmatic when it comes to execution. You also have very good analytical skills and a sense for (process) optimisation potential
14. You are characterized by excellent communication skills
