A global leader in medical technology manufacturing is seeking a German Tax Manager to take full ownership of tax matters for six German entities. This position combines hands on tax compliance oversight with advisory responsibilities, covering CIT, VAT, WHT, transfer pricing, Pillar 2 requirements and non routine filings. You will act as the primary contact for German tax audits, lead interactions with external advisors and internal stakeholders, and support business projects, restructurings and cross border initiatives within a highly international environment spanning Europe, the US, Asia and India.
You will join an established EMEA tax organisation and play a key role in strengthening the company’s internal expertise following finance team changes. While routine compliance is handled within accounting, you will bring technical depth, critical judgement and operational leadership, ensuring high quality filings and robust tax governance. The role is ideal for someone with strong German tax expertise, ideally gained in a Big 4 environment, who enjoys both technical detail and close business partnering. Fluency in German and English, clear communication and a solution oriented mindset are essential.
