Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our HR Business Partner team as an intern. This role offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in day-to-day HR operations while actively contributing to various projects.
Main responsibilities include:
1. Supporting HR Business Partners in managing daily topics related to employees and managers
2. Participating in various HR tasks as needed to gain exposure to different aspects of the function
3. Assisting with the coordination and follow-up of ongoing HR projects
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels. They should be curious and open-minded, with a willingness to learn and contribute.
Key requirements include:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French and/or German is an asset, and Luxembourgish is considered desirable
