Nooxit provides virtual AI workers for the entire source-to-pay process. As a digital team, they autonomously and scalably manage procurement and finance processes, from purchase order creation and order confirmation review to invoice processing and accounting. This enables a reduction in process costs of up to 95%. The AI workers operate directly within the company's existing systems.
As our Customer Success Manager, you will be the trusted point of contact for our enterprise customers post-rollout, ensuring they get maximum value from Nooxit's AI workers and experience seamless day-to-day support.
Tasks
* Customer Adoption & Support: Own customer relationship, proactively driving product adoption and resolving issues and questions quickly and reliably.
* Customer Health Monitoring: Track adoption metrics and engagement across enterprise accounts, identifying risks early and keeping customers on track toward their process automation goals.
* Feedback Loop to Product: Serve as the voice of the customer internally, channelling recurring issues, feature requests, and adoption blockers directly into the product roadmap.
* Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with customer-side project leads, finance teams, and IT stakeholders across our DACH customer base.
Requirements
* Experience: 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role in a B2B SaaS environment.
* Domain Familiarity: Some exposure to finance, procurement, or ERP-adjacent workflows is a strong advantage as our customers operate in complex enterprise environments.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; able to build trust with enterprise stakeholders, keep customers engaged, and turn frustration into confidence.
* Language & Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Berlin. Fluency in both English and German is required to work closely with our DACH customer base.
