Job Title: IT Outsourcing Business Analyst
Purpose: This role is essential for fulfilling regulatory obligations to adhere to DORA and EBA Outsourcing Guidelines. The IT Outsourcing Business Analyst will manage the Register of Information (ROI) and Cloud Register, which involve extensive manual data collection from over 20 sources. The role will also cater to ad hoc requests as they arise and improve the process where possible.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain the Register of Information (ROI) and Cloud Register.
* Manually gather and verify data (approximately 9000 data elements) from 20+ sources.
* Respond to and manage ad hoc requests related to regulatory compliance.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
* Monitor regulatory changes and update registers accordingly.
* Provide regular reports on compliance status and data integrity.
* Identify opportunities for process automation to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
* Optimize existing processes to enhance accuracy and coverage.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of all processes, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with EBA guidelines.
* Support the IT Outsourcing Controlling & Oversight function by ensuring outsourced IT services are appropriately overseen.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Data analytics, Information Technology, Business or a related field.
* Ability to manage large volumes of data and perform data analytics.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.
* Experience with process automation tools and techniques.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proven experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the financial sector.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with DORA and EBA Outsourcing Guidelines is a pre.
