Job Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional client service, greeting clients warmly over the phone and in person
* Efficiently arrange travels, business lunches, and other tasks with meticulous attention to detail
* Prepare meeting rooms and ensure everything is ready for meetings, showcasing our firm's professionalism
* Compose professional emails and organize partner schedules with precision
* Oversee RCS registration, database updates, and collect KYC documents with accuracy
Requirements
* At least 1 year of experience in a law firm in Luxembourg, with a strong track record of success
* Excellent listening skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
* Superb communication skills and a polished professional vocabulary
* Fluency in French and English, with any additional language skills a valuable asset
